Free Legal Consultations
Creighton University at Highlander offers free legal consultations for Douglas County residents who have a child under 18 and do not have a lawyer or public defender. Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 AM to 2 PM, the services cover record sealing, debt collection, medical debt, garnishment, bankruptcy, credit and contract fraud, infractions, non-violent misdemeanors, restorative justice, family conferencing, and victim-offender mediation.
