Hardy Coffee Company, founded by North Omaha native Autumn Pruitt, began as a small bakery in The Old Market in 2010. Since then, it has grown into four coffeehouse locations and a roasting facility within the Accelerator. Hardy offers an array of made-from-scratch baked goods, unique seasonal drinks made with house-made syrups, and specialty coffee roasted and served with a focus on local customers.
